This Advertising Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between 1000Yachts ("we," "us," "our") and the advertising party ("Advertiser" or "you"). By submitting an advertisement to 1000Yachts, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
By using the advertising services on the 1000Yachts platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with these terms, and you also agree to be bound by any additional policies or guidelines incorporated herein.
1000Yachts provides advertising opportunities to promote your products, services, or brands on our Platform. This includes website banners, listings, featured promotions, and other promotional tools as specified by 1000Yachts. The specific advertising products, formats, and pricing will be agreed upon by both parties before publication.
You are responsible for creating and providing the ad content ("Content") to be displayed on the Platform. All Content must comply with the following:
Upon approval, 1000Yachts will place the advertisement on the Platform. Placement details will be specified in the advertising package agreement. 1000Yachts does not guarantee specific placement, position, or frequency of the advertisement.
Advertisers agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the advertising services provided. The fees for each advertising package will be specified in the contract, and payment must be made according to the agreed schedule.
You retain the rights to your Content. By submitting Content to 1000Yachts, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the Content on the Platform during the term of the advertisement.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the Content and that the advertisement does not infringe on third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing for material breach. Advertiser may terminate early, but no refund will be provided for any pre-paid services. 1000Yachts reserves the right to remove any advertisement if the Content violates the terms of this Agreement.
1000Yachts is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the publication of the advertisement. We do not guarantee the effectiveness of any advertisement, including the number of views, clicks, or sales generated.
Any data collected from users of the Platform during an advertisement will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Advertisers must comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations when collecting personal data through their advertisements.
Advertiser agrees to comply with all U.S., EU, and international sanctions and export control laws. Advertiser will not engage in transactions with individuals or entities in violation of these laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold 1000Yachts harmless from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from the advertisement or its content, including but not limited to claims of intellectual property infringement, defamation, or non-compliance with laws.
Advertisers agree not to use automated means to access or interfere with the Platform. You also agree not to bypass any technical measures used to prevent unauthorized access to the Platform.
By submitting Content, you grant 1000Yachts a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the Content for advertising purposes.
This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and 1000Yachts. Both parties remain independent contractors.
Legal notices must be sent via email to the address provided by the Advertiser. Notices will be considered delivered 24 hours after being sent via email, or three days after being mailed.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the state of Wyoming.
1000Yachts reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the advertising services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to deny use of the advertising service to any user that violates this Agreement or engages in inappropriate conduct. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts as needed.
1000Yachts is committed to providing a website that is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 A & AA standards. Advertisers agree to ensure that their advertisements meet these accessibility standards.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information, we do not warrant the completeness or reliability of any Content. Advertisers use the Platform at their own risk, and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
The Platform may contain links to external websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or availability of external sites, and we are not responsible for any content or transactions conducted on those sites.
